APPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2018 – Apply Online 182 MPDO & Deputy Collector Posts Notification

With the formation of Andhra Pradesh State on 1 November 1956, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) was formed. Earlier, the commission was known as the Andhra Service Commission. Government of Andhra Pradesh has released a notification for multiple positions giving a huge opportunity to the aspirants who are looking for a government job. APPSC has released a job notification for 182 posts namely Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendence and also in different department like Revenue Department, Home Department, Finance Department & TR & B Department. The Notifications for APPSC Group 1 is expected to release soon. The minimum age limit for the required job is 18 years of age.  Commercial Tax Officer

Age Limit – 18-34 years of age

Qualifications – A Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification.

Deputy Superintendent of Jails & Police Category -2

Age Limit – 18-34 years of age

Prelims

Maximum marks for this paper are 150 and the time duration will be for 2 1/2 hours. Candidates must have knowledge on the topics like General Studies, Current Events of National and International, Importance Contemporary Developments in Science and Technology History of India – Social, Economic, Cultural and Political Aspects World Geography and Geography of India with focus on Andhra Pradesh, Indian National Movement Rural Development Planning and Economic Reforms in India, Political System of India Indian Polity and Economy Mental Ability Disaster Management

Mains

This exam consists of 5 papers and the questions will be in descriptive form. The maximum marks for this exam is 750 (each paper carries 150 marks). The time duration for each paper will be 3 subjects mentioned as follows

Paper 5

Data Appreciation and Interpretation Problem Solving – Duly Structured, Data Presented in Tabular and Graphical Format Questions Based on the Situation

Interview

Interview is the last stage of the screening process. Maximum marks will be 75. During the interview, the panel tests the approach and decision-making skills of the candidates.
